Five areas, spread across a year. None of them ends with an exam — each one ends with something you had to change in your own company and then prove you changed.
The material is the same everywhere in the network. What differs is the company it gets applied to, which is why nobody can hand you someone else’s answers.
One moment.

The session itself is the smallest part. You arrive having tried something in your company since the last one, you say what happened — including when it did not work — and you leave with the next thing to try.
A consultant follows you between sessions. That is the part that makes the difference between a programme people finish and a programme people abandon in March, and it is also why MBS is not sold as a video course.
Each area feeds one or more of the eleven requirements for the certificate. You do not pass an area by attending it: you pass when a consultant who has seen your company confirms that the thing actually happened in it.
A People Diagnosis will tell you honestly — including if the answer is not yet.
